Services

Next Level Shine provides professional auto detailing services in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas. Our services include but are not limited to interior and exterior detailing and mobile detailing services.

Booking and Appointments

When you book a service with us:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Appointments should be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee

Payment Terms

Payment policies:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original scope of work

Vehicle Condition and Liability

Regarding your vehicle:

• You are responsible for removing all valuables from your vehicle
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle
• Any damage to your vehicle will be documented before service begins
• We exercise reasonable care when handling your vehicle
• Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

Service Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service and will be communicated at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper care, neglect, or normal wear and tear after service completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Level Shine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Next Level Shine and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree to:
